No. Installing both SDE-IJ and DBVA-IJ on the same IntelliJ IDEA will cause conflict and both of them will not work. Installing the Enterprise Edition of SDE-IJ also covers the data modeling and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) features of DBVA-IJ.
