Can I incorporate other programs into my CF routine, like yoga or pilates for instance?
You can do whatever you like, however at CFHH we only train in CF. It should be noted here that CF uses a broad range of modalities to train its athletes such as gymnastics, calisthenics, flexibility drills, plyometrics AND yoga along with Olympic lifting, powerlifting, kettlebell, dumbbell and medball work to produce an extremely well-rounded, fit, strong and toned athlete.
