Can I include GeoDataSource data into my companys software?
Yes, GeoDataSource data can be included in your company’s software, however you must purchase a redistribution license to do so. If you purchase a redistribution license, you may make unlimited, royalty-free copies of our data for the purpose of being included, enhancing or completing a “commercial,” “web” or “compiled” applications. You must also encrypt or password-protect the data in a database (such as Microsoft Access), such that free and/or open access to the raw data is not easily obtained.
