Can I import student data from my districts central system into Tadds?
A> That depends on whether the central database can create files which contain the desired student data. In fact, it is highly recommended that this be one of your first items of business, since entering student data manually can take a lot of time and may make the use of Tadds too bothersome. However, if your central database system can create student-data extraction files, your data entry workload is greatly reduced since Tadds has a “QuickLoad” utility which can process standard delimited-data files, extracting the necessary data and providing defaults for missing fields.
