Usually if your iPod isn’t synced with a computer a message will come up saying your iPod will only be synced with one computer at a time. After that it will ask you if you want to transfer your purchases. Once you click yes it should transfer your purchases, Unfortunately, if any of your songs/vidoes weren’t bought through iTunes. It won’t transfer them.

I believe you can if you take it off auto sync… what I just did was open the folder (when connected to the computer) where it has your device sync’d to, and copy paste… I did use windows media player…

Yea if you have iTunes you will be able to. You just plug it in and click upload library or somthing like that. When I got a new computer, I put all my songs on my ipod onto my computer.
