BT Softphone supports the import of contacts via a comma separated file (CSV). You must first create a CSV file. Within MS Outlook this can be done by referring to the Help file were full information is given on exporting to a CSV file. From the menu at the top of Softphone, click Contacts and choose Import Contacts. The Contacts wizard starts, please follow the instructions. As soon as you click on Finish on the wizard, the Contacts panel is updated to show the imported entries.
