The following address book file types may be imported into FedEx Ship Manager QuickShip: • Comma Delimited File (*.csv) – Recommended format • Fixed Width Text File (*.txt, *.prn) • DBase3 Compatible DBF file (*.dbf) To import one of these file types, follow these steps: Create an address book template. • From the main shipping screen, go to the following menu: Utilities > System Setup > Databases > Customer File Setup > Import/Export > Setup • Ensure that the following fields are in the “Selected” column CUST ZIP SHIPTO3 PHONE SHIPTO4 COUNTRY SHIPTO5 FDXSEDACCT SHIPTO6 FDXTDPACCT SHIP2CITY FXGSEDACCT SHIP2STATE FXGTDPACCT Import the address book. • From the main shipping screen, go to the following menu: Utilities > System Setup > Databases > Customer File Setup > Import/Export • Enter the file name of the address book and click on the “Import” button.
