You can transfer contribution and expenditure information from spreadsheet software such as Excel, Access, or Lotus by first exporting the information into a file that is in a comma separated value (CSV) file format and then importing the file into the Ethics Commission software. You will have to enter “cover sheet” information such as filer name and address, report type, and period covered into the software.
