Can I import a current customers database into CourtPros database so I don have to reenter the information again?
Yes. Go to Administration, select Import Customer Database. The file containing Customer Datebase should be a coma delimited text file. The order of the columns are as follows: Last Name,First Name, Sex, Membership ID, Date Of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy), Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code, Email Address, Home Phone, Work Phone, Cell Phone, and Notes.
