You could try* although we don’t recommend it. If you discover that it is a lot more difficult than you “remember” it being, keep this in mind: Really it is not the act of hooping that has become more challenging, it’s that you are a lot bigger than you used to be. *If you are working on your own with our DVDs, then the choice is yours.
