Can I hire one of FeatherDusters, Inc. employees directly?
No. We invest significant time and resources recruiting, hiring, and training our cleaning teams in order to provide consistent, high quality service to our clients. Our employees have entered into non-compete agreements which prohibit them from, among other things, providing services to our clients outside the scope of their employment with us. Should you wish to hire a current or previous FeatherDusters, Inc. employee (either legally or on a cash basis) within 2 years from the date that employee last worked for FeatherDusters, Inc., you are liable for an employment referral fee of $2,500.00 per person. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment independently at any time after it occurs. You further agree to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee.
