Yes; however, it is recommended to get a fresh color before your extension service. Since the bonds are placed 1/3 inch away from the scalp, they do not interfere with the natural hair growth. With caution, the highlighting material will not damage the bonds. Be sure to bring along your hair extension shampoo and brush.
