Can I heat the Camino pro® Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Island Dressing, and Enchilada sauce?
You can add these products to warm (not hot) food, such as enchilada sauce in a burrito or balsamic vinaigrette drizzled over cooked broccoli that has been removed from heat. However, many amino acids cannot withstand high temperatures, so do not heat any Camino pro® product in the oven or microwave. There are many uses for the dressings and enchilada sauce that do not require heat. For example, the 1000 Island Dressing and the Balsamic Vinaigrette are perfect for tossing into any cold salad, while all 3 make great dipping sauces.
