“The removal of window sash and the installation of permanently fixed panels to accommodate air conditioners or fans is prohibited.” (Dineen Section 6 Pg. 11) Window mounted removable air conditioners are allowed. Whole house air conditioning units are allowed. The units should be located in the rear of the building and screened by landscaping.
