Can I have the Lake Plains Community Care Network Prescription Discount Card if I have a Medicare Part D plan?
You can still get the Lake Plains Community Care Network Prescription Discount Card if you already have a Medicare Part D prescription plan; however you cannot use both for the same prescription. Use the Lake Plains Community Care Network Prescription Discount Card when your prescription is not covered by your Medicare Part D prescription plan.
