Can I have someone arrested for abuse by showing pictures of bruises?
Only if you have other proof that they made the bruises. For now all you have is a record of possible past abuse that will be used to show pattern. If you took the pictures yourself you’re also going to have a hard time with credability since it’s only your word. Next time call the cops or go to the hospital and have them document them and give a professional opinion to back you up. Also get affidavids from people who were there when it happened.
