Can i have some ideas of exercise?
How much do you weigh? You have serious anorexic tendencies, and if your mom isn’t letting you go exercise, you should listen to her. Additional: You’re a very healthy weight. You don’t need to cut your calorie intake down to 100 at all. If you think you’re fat, it’s in your head. You need to eat healthily and stop vomiting-I understand that you’re trying, and that’s very good. You’re not fat at all, trust me. Look up any BMI calculator and you’ll see that you’re nowhere near overweight. Eat lots of fruit and veggies (and I mean a lot, and don’t throw any of it up), and the fish/dairy seems to be fine. If you do still want to lose a few pounds, go to your doctor and they can help you find a healthy way to do so. If you keep going the way you are (throwing up, extreme cutback of calories, excessive exercise without adequate carbohydrate/calorie/nutrient intake) you will become anorexic/bulimic. You will lose weight at the cost of losing your hair, your ability to have a baby when you ge
