You may place one 468×60/728×90 Banner and one 120×600 Skyscraper per page. These must be placed above the fold or within the first 500 pixels of the page. In addition to these restrictions, you may also place one InVue and one Pop-Under per page. Interstitial implementation may be determined by the site.
