The council has installed a standard electrical installation that should be adequate for most instances. The installation may not be altered in any way without prior approval. Approval is seldom refused but does contain conditions that the work will be done by an approved contractor and complying to part “P” of the building regulations,, certified on completion, maintained by you and carried out at no cost to the council.
