Yes this feature is known as Alarms in CardiffMail. An alarm reminds you that you have an impending event at a certain time. You can set an alarm when you create a Calendar entry for a meeting, appointment, all-day event, reminder, or anniversary, and also when you receive a meeting invitation. When you set an alarm, CardiffMail Web displays a popup message at the time you specified. To set an alarm: • Create a new Calendar entry, or open an existing one from your calendar. • Check the Alarm box. By default, alarms are set to go off 30 minutes before the Calendar entry. • Optionally set the alarm to go off before or after the Calendar entry, or on a specific date and time.
