Can i have Avast free anti virus program and Zone alarm firewall in the same PC?
Yes you sure can. However you will need to watch Zone Alarm while doing this. It will sometimes detect other Anti-Virus software as an attempt to modify your registry/services when both are active at the same time. If this occurs you can simply allow that process when the window pops up to inform you. Just be careful which programs you allow, because in almost all instances, Zone Alarm will only ask you one time for that program, so if you allow the wrong thing, or block the wrong thing, you might be scanning through Zone Alarm settings for hours to figure out what happened.
