No. Paulovia no longer enters into individual micronational treaties. If your micronation fulfils certain criteria under Declarative Statehood, then it has our de facto recognition. However, we welcome friendly communications and the exchange of virtual consulates with non-extreme micronations for micronational development and co-operation.
