First download a free program called “imageburn” onto your computer, can be downloaded here and only needs to installed once : http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download (click mirror 1), you can also use this program to burn your backups, next download and install winrar on your PC: http://www.rarsoft.com/rar/wrar371.exe ok your PC is now forever ready to unrar and burn the firmware disks once they are released! Next download the latest firmware which is always on our website in the homepage of the left hand column, if you subscribe to our firmware updates I will automatically send you and email of the latest one once it’s released :http://www.wiikey.cn/DL/wiikey.1.9s.pal.rar select open and extract (using winrar which at this point should be open) the iso file to anywhere on your PC, then use imageburn to burn the iso file to a dvd, then all you have to do is put in a DVD, wait for it to load and press the reset button once to test, then again when it tells you to!
