Can I have a refund if my items are damaged or my seller does not send my item to Rinkya?
There is Postal Insurance which covers lost, stolen or damaged goods in the mail. If your item is ruined, damaged, missing, etc., you must open it in front of a postal worker to make your insurance claim. Rinkya is not responsible for damaged, ruined, missing items. Rinkya will provide you with the necessary information to help with your claim.
