Can I have a copy of the recorded file emailed to designated parties?
As a security measure, we recommend that you download a recording and email it to select parties at your discretion. If you require independent validation of the authenticity of the recording, CertiCall can email to select email addresses a link to that recording for a “one-time” airing of that recording.
As a CertiCall member you always have the option of downloading a recording and personally sending it to third parties at your discretion. Depending on the confidential nature of the recording between the participating callers, you may also authorize CertiCall to send an e-mail link to the recording to a designated third party. In addition, if you require independent third party validation of the authenticity of the recording, CertiCall will for a nominal fee provide a copy of the recording to a designated party, along with a certification with respect to phone call logistics and validation that the recording is original (has not been modified or tampered with).
