Our logo is a registered trademark and owned jointly by the charity and the BBC. Because of this anyone using the logo must have a formal licensing agreement with the charity’s trading company and the BBC. We don’t give permission for use of the logo to individual fundraisers. However, we recognise some official fundraising materials are needed and we therefore provide such materials in our free fundraising pack – you can order yours now.
