You can receive a complete download of all your company data on by using our export to excel function at any time. Just perform a search for the records you are interested in (i.e. all records), then press the ‘View this report in MS Excel’ button at the bottom of the page – the data will automatically be transferred to Excel for you to save. Future development includes a file-based backup system, due for release later in 2004.
