Can I go with the Service Provider of my choice after I have been matched up by Nextrac?
You are more than welcome to send Nextrac’s staff an email with a list of companies that have done a poor job in the past. We will investigate this and make a decision about their status with Nextrac. However, once we have made the match based on your requirements it becomes an agreement and no changes can be made unless approved by Nextrac.
