The short answer is yes, you can certainly travel to Spain on your UK passport with no issues whatsoever, and in the days of Ryanair and Easyjet, with a bit of planning you can do so very cheaply. If you are going to be staying long-term, you SHOULD eventually apply for residency, but that is a relatively simple matter for a UK national. And many people don’t bother, and generally don’t have significant problems. I have certainly never heard of a British citizen being deported. On the other hand, as a legal minor, you may run into some other issues in dealing with all sorts of life logistics (housing, banks, insurance, medical, work, etc.) if you do not have a parent or guardian present. If it is at all possible for you to postpone your adventure until you hit your 18th birthday, many things would become simpler.
