YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER USE GRANDMAS CREDIT CARD. OR ANYONES CREDIT CARD. YES YOU COULD GO TO JAIL IF GRANDMA FILES CHARGES AGAINST YOU. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT SHE COULD ALSO CUT YOU OUT OF HER WILL. THEN YOU GET NOTHING! USING A CREDIT CARD THAT DOESN’T BELONG TO YOU, AND YOIU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE IS CONSIDERED THEFT. DON’T BE A THIEF! GO GET A JOB AND WORK HARD FOR THE THINGS THAT YOU WANT. I’M SURE YOUR GRANDMA NEVER USED ANOTHER PERSONS CREDIT CARD TO GET WHAT SHE WANTED. AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. AS FAR AS YOU HAVING ALREADY USED IT TO BUY SOMETHING IS CONCERNED, YOU SHOULD GO EARN THAT MONEY QUICK OR BORROW HONESTLY FROM SOMEONE ELSE, AND TAKE THAT MONEY TO HER AND TELL HER WHAT YOU DID. TELL HER IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN, AND APOLOGISE TO HER FOR DOING IT. SHE IS MORE APT TO APPRECIATE YOUR HONESTY, BECAUSE SHE WILL FIND OUT WHEN SHE GETS HER STATEMENT FROM THE BANK. AND IT COULD SNOWBALL OUT OF CONTROL.

Not unless you did it without her permission. It is quite common for people to allow others to use their credit cards (and passwords and PINs) online. Since grandma is the only one who knows if you had permission, she is the only one who would “catch” you, as nobody else has any idea the card was being used by anyone other than her.

If she says you didn’t have her permission, that’s all it takes to put you into a world of legal crap. Even if she was senile and gave it to you without really knowing what she was doing, you would still be seen as somebody taking unfair advantage of a disabled person.

Jail. You obviously did not have her permission. She can press charges against you if she chooses to. I’d apologize and pay her back the money you stole from her via her credit card with the interest her credit card company charges her.
