Can I go to Germany wearing Red Army WW2 memorabilia?
Germany has lots of socialist / communists, and as the Red Army didn’t use the swastika as a symbol, go for it. Maybe you can even earn some money re-enacting the Sturm on the Reichstag, trying to hoist a red flag there. But more probably, it will give you a few nights in jail and a free ticket home. But, just in case you intend to perform with a red army uniform, make sure the media are present and we can see you on TV and YouTube. Btw, don’t even wear a “gun-lookalike”. That gives police the right to the “final rescue shot”, which is a fine word for “shoot to kill”. But a uniform is no problem.
