Not directly from the factory, unless you really have a good contact higher up in the food chain. The best option is to go to wholesale markets where middlemen (and women) will sell to shops. Prices are rock-bottom, and usually you don’t bargain there if you are only buying a few items, but you can get good deals if you buy in large lots. One of the best wholesale markets is in Shenyang. However, be aware that although you can buy and are allowed to take out of China practically anything you want, your country may -and will- impose tariffs for importing goods (some goods are tariff-exempt), as well as sales tax if you reside in a country where they have goods and services tax.
