Can i go over my overdraft in a corner store?

Hi, If an agency ‘overlooked’ your timesheet, the first thing I would do is talk to the agency and ask them to cover the overdraft charges that they have incurred. You are WELL WITHIN YOUR RIGHTS to do so and if they refuse talk to Citizen’s Advice Bureau (if you’re in the UK – I’m not sure of the American equivalent) I had something similar and complained and they put £64 worth of bank charges in the next weeks’ pay packet. In the meantime, it would depend on the type of card/account that you have with you bank as to whether you can go further overdrawn. Can the corner store give you a little bit of credit? Can you talk to the bank about temporarily extending your overdraft limit (hopefully stopping any further charges) If you explain that its not your fault and this is a temporary arrangement they might be able to help you. I hope that this helps. Good luck.
