Although Procera AVH is believed to be safe and effective for most ages, children under age 18 are not advised to take it unless approved by a healthcare practitioner. Elders are advised to consult with a physician if they are on medications, such as blood thinners (e.g. Coumadin), MAO inhibitors or anti-psychotics.
