No, Island Explorer shuttles do not serve Ellsworth. Instead, Downeast Transportation operates year-round bus service between Bar Harbor and Ellsworth on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The one-way fare is $5. There is no charge for return trips made the same day.
