You can use a Series2 TiVo with Bell satellite TV fine. You should get a 3100 or newer 4100 receiver for it, or whatever their SD non-DVR receiver is these days. The 9100 is a DVR itself, so should not need, nor have an external DVR. Adding: Dual tuner on that model only works with analog cable. With satellite or any other box only service, you only have single tuner. Generally, just follow the TiVo setup directions for satellite. One thing you likely need to do is set the satellite receiver for remote address 1. Bell will not install the TiVo for you.
