The same patch file for Windows can be used in Mac OS X. Go to Finder> Apps> De Sims 3> Right click The Sims 3 app (yes you can right click on a Mac before anyone starts), and choose “Show Package Content” Then Navigate to Contents > Resources > transgaming > c_drive > Program Files > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3> Game> Bin and replace the file with the uncensored patch, just done it on my Macbook Pro and it works a treat.
