Can I get the keyboard / mouse controls of the organizers / presenters screen?

Yes. You can do so by requesting for the controls. Go to the Remote Meeting menu options, Remote Meeting > Request Controls. If the organizer / presenter grants you the controls, you can access his / her desktop.
