Can I get rid of the message “Warning:Applet Window” along the bottom of my popup windows in my Applet?
This is a security feature that prevents the applet programmer from popping up a window that looks like it came from the native OS and asking for passwords or credit card info (etc.). Users must always be aware of when they are talking to an unsigned applet. You can get rid of it by signing the applet, if the user accepts signed applets from you.
