Can i get rid of my love handles only through cardio?
Actually cardio is the ONLY way to get rid of fat pockets like love handles because enough cardio can slowly burn the fat off of your entire body as opposed to crunches which only target the front of your abdomen and don’t melt your fat but simply strengthen your muscles so you can burn more calories. They’re both important and it will take the combination to do what you want. and time.
