Can I get refunds on unused or damaged envelopes and SmartStamps?
To avoid wasted paper or labels, it is always worth testing how the postage prints before you start printing real SmartStamps. SmartStamp lets you ‘trial print’ as many envelopes or labels as you need to, before printing real postage. If you do accidentally print postage onto envelopes or labels that you don’t wish to use you can get a refund by completing the form found in the account area of this website. Send the form with the printed postage you do not wish to use, to the Freepost address provided within 7 days. We will credit your SmartStamp account, once we receive the SmartStamps. If you do not have the printed postage to send back there is also an online form which allows you to specify a time and value. On receipt of this form to the same Freepost address your account will also be credited. To navigate to this area log in to your account area of SmartStamp and click on Apply for a refund.
