Can I get “prosthetic” testicles put in?
Of course there is. They have them for dogs “neuticles”. You should probably be able to go to a cosmetic surgeon and have some sort of prosthetic implanted, to make you feel a bit more “complete”. Losing your testicle’s will probably end up in you needing to take some hormone therapy, as they are the basis of testosterone production. That’s why when castration is done, the sex drive is diminished drastically. I’m genuinely sorry about your loss. I’d be upset if my boobs were gone, I’m guessing balls are the same.
