Can i get pregnant if i had Contraceptive coils (IUDs) for 12 years?
Twelve years is along time it deoends really if you had them for twelve years straight or if you took breaks inbetween the years. It is said that being on b/c for four years straight can greatly reduce your chances of getting pregnant and longer then that can make it near impossible that is why most doctors will ask how long you have been on b/c and suggest a break. If you are wanting to get pregnant the best thing to do would be go and talk to your doctor before hand and get a full exam to make sure everything is still in working order since it has been so long that way you are not continuously trying and getting let down.
