Can i get points taken off my liscence if i do an advanced driving test?
NO. Once the points are there they are there for the duration. If they are from speeding or similar “minor” offences then they come off after 4 years (valid for totting up for 3 years). Apart from that there is nothing you can do. If they are affecting your insurance then possibly your doing an advanced test may help get it down a few quid but you would have to check with your insurance company.
