Can i get philosophical truth from physics?
I studied the impact of physics on philosophy in college. It is important in the study of philosophy that you understand the relevant underlying physics. You also must understand the strength of the theories in physics. Some reveal profound truths that have an enormous impact on philosophy, others are interesting views of the world that form useful way to think about things, but not necessarily the underlying structure of nature. An example of the former is Bell’s theorem, which proves experimentally that it is impossible, given the results of our experiments, for the universe to be deterministic. The future is fundamentally free and the nature of this freedom can be used in conjunction with chaos theory and neurology to form a conception of free will. Einstein’s theories also says some very profound things about time. It is important to know the underlying premises of Einstein’s view, which are essentially little more than precise mathematical ways to state that the laws of the univer
