Just download our Credit Agreement, fill it in and fax it to us at 402-339-8826. If you have a current credit sheet, you needn’t write duplicate information on our credit agreement, but it must be properly signed and dated by an authorized person. We check credit the old-fashioned way, by actually contacting your bank and trade references, so please be sure to include complete information.
