Can I get old e-mail messages stored at St. Edwards University forwarded to me?
A12: Regardless of whether you enroll in the e-mail forwarding service or not, you will have 20 days after your student account expires to access your university e-mail account. This grace period is designed to give you time to forward any stored messages directly to an external e-mail address. During that 20-day period, you will need to manually forward or download any old messages you wish to keep. If you are planning to enroll in the new e-mail forwarding service, please note that this will process will need to be completed prior to enrollment. St. Edward’s does not have the ability to forward old messages once you have enabled e-mail forwarding.
