Yes, Ntrans Library is available as Dynamic Link Library (DLL) for MS Windows and as static Libraries on Unix & Linux for the English to Indian Language & the Indian Language to English conversions separately. However, the Libraries are not enough. They work on an associated name dictionary and heuristic rule files for conversion. These Libraries can be used for development of any specific name transliteration application or to add features of name transliteration into any application.
