Can I get NetSpeak even if Im not a C&W customer?
Yes. All you have to do is visit a C&W retail store to sign up for service and you can use Netspeak over any other Internet provider’s high-speed service providing a minimum Bandwidth of 128 kbps. However, C&W recommends a minimum Bandwidth of 256 kbps especially for customers who wish to extensively use the Internet while simultaneously making a Netspeak call.
