A personal annual travelcard can be replaced several times over if lost or stolen. A charge is, however, levied for this service. This only applies to plastic-mounted personal ZVV travelcards. Personal annual travelcards printed on paper can only be replaced once.No replacements are granted for personal and transferable monthly travelcards or for transferable annual travelcards.
